We collected 4 large garbage bags of walnuts at mom's yesterday, and that was just one tree. Ran out of time for the second tree inwhich there are several more bags of walnuts on the ground. There are still many more walnuts yet to fall off the tree. Mom will be busy for months collecting the walnut meat. She said that when her kids come she will have them help and I mentioned she should tell them no card playing until after some walnut picking. It is definately a bouteous harvest.
Had a nice fall motorcycle ride yesterday. Fall is a great time to ride and observe the many different colors as the trees get ready for their winter sleep. That is, a great time to ride only if the weather bug doesn't bite with rain, snow and coldness. Riding motorcycles is a great joy.
